Monday Morning Breakfast was tradition, of course, even if Wayne wasn't making it, and it was the most important meal of the day, besides. But, considering the day, there were other traditions that needed to be upheld, and that was why Wayne was going to spend that particular day glued to his phone.

"So, this is really going to be a thing, Big Brother?" said Katy, rolling her eyes from the screen. "I get to just spend the day watching you eat breakfast?"

"It's Thanksgiving, Katy!" Wayne informed her stoutly, and not for the first time. "And that means spending time with family! Even when yer on different continents."

"So you're really going to drag me around Ecuador all day? Do you know how expensive that's going to get?"

"You don't fuck with tradition, Katy!"

"Okay," she shrugged, shaking her head, knowing all too well when it was pointless to argue with her brother. "If that's how you want it. But I hope you know that means I'm dragging you to Skidsgiving later."

"Yer not goin' to Skidsgiving."

"Oh, I'm definitely going to Skidsgiving. And you're going, too, unless you want to take a moment to rethink this whole big plan of yours, Big Brother."

The low rumble emitting from Wayne indicated that he was at least considering rethinking it, but he mostly just came up with another firm, solid, unmovable declaration of, "It's Thanksgiving, Katy!"

And that was that.
