The Fjorgyn, named for the Norse goddess of the Earth is a 410 foot long ship built in 2020.

Students are in Veranda Staterooms on the Upper Deck, which have queen or twin sized beds ~~depending on which is funnier~~, wifi, televisions, and twice-daily housekeeping. This does NOT mean you can throw ragers. The chaperones are in Veranda Suites, also on the Upper Deck, with queen or twin sized beds ~~depending on which is funnier~~, wifi, televisions, fully stocked minibars and free champagne and fruit platters daily. It is, after all, why the chaperone.

Located on the top of the ship, go on up there to get the best views of the passing scenery and to sunbathe if you really like being cold in October, you weirdo. There's also a walking path if you aren't getting enough exercise on all of the daily excursions.

If you're more interested in eating al fresco and not having a multi-course meal, the Aquavit Terrace is for you. There's no assigned seating and they have quick options for grab and go at breakfast like pastries, yogurt, and coffees.

Located on the Middle Deck, the restaurant will serve as the hub for our meals throughout the cruise, assuming you aren't on shore. Each table seats six, and you've been assigned to one (over here). Make friends with your fellow Fandomites! Though tonight, even the staff is wondering why you haven't found one of the zillion Parisian cafes to stop into.

While the dinner itself was not exactly one Sidon was likely to really care for with his particular dietary restrictions, he was certainly willing to try a bit of it if it meant a good show. And he did love a good show!

How had Belle and Five ended up here? Who knows. Why had they come together? Who could say?

But there they were, eating dinner and watching a cabaret performance.

It was a very old fashioned thing that Five was perfectly at home with. "At least my brother isn't looming in the background this time," he had to say.

Poor Luther.

"Does your brother often loom in the background?" Belle asked. "I don't recall seeing him often."

Because she was thinking of the hot one. She'd never seen Luther.

"Luther certainly does," Five replied. "He was working in a night club back in Texas."

"I've never met Luther. Does he look at you for a reason? Or was he looming at everyone there?"

"Considering he's built like a gorilla, he's always looming over people." Awkwardly.

Belle gave Five a very curious look. "Really? You must look absurd together." Five being pocket-sized like Belle, after all. "I suppose he would make an effective security officer if he's that large."

She was tempted to ask if he was speaking literally about the gorilla bit but she refrained for now.

"He looks ridiculous with everyone." Because, again, the gorilla thing.

"I'll have to take your word for that," Belle said. "I've only ever seen the one of your many siblings."

Stark had enjoyed his food tour earlier and this one seemed a good way to see other parts of the city. And he couldn't complain about his companion on the tour.

He couldn't complain about the views either. The city was beautiful.

This going so late put it well past Libby's usual bedtime, but she was figuring the less time spent being awkward in her room, the better, and she even remembered to take some pictures for Vi, even if taking pictures at night, she realized after the first few was not....very effective.

Oh, well, she could just sleepily enjoy the views and all the lights.

Anakin was absolutely enjoying his tour of Paris. No one ruin this for him.

Hidden Ember was the closest thing they had to this back home, and that comparison didn't seem right; it was a holographic projection of what the Las Vegas skyline had looked like once, a shimmering mirage over the sands that had reclaimed it. (Or so Beta understood, at least. She hadn't actually been there herself.)

This was something else completely, solid and vibrant and alive, and Beta was utterly fascinated by it for the entire trip.

Jo decided to take the opportunity to see Paris at night, it had been a couple of years since she had last visited and she wanted to take full advantage of seeing what Paris had to offer.

This seemed like a better option than either of the food-oriented ones, as far as Jon was concerned. He hadn't been to Paris since university, and seeing it all laid out with the lights was really amazing.

He would not be going up the Eiffel Tower. Or even looking all the way up it too long.

Kurt had spent most of the day walking around the city, taking in as many of the sights as he could. By the time evening rolled around even his energy was starting to wane a bit. So, he had found a nice cafe and was enjoying a fancy hot spiced drink and a snack and just taking in the sights of the city and the river at night.

It's 2:00 pm and I haven't eaten anything yet. I should probably do that. I guess.
