Now that aspect might be a little difficult, but Summer did like the occassional challenge.

"Good to note," she said, with just the faintest grin to suggest that she might be plotting something, before shifting the focus of the conversation elsewhere. "How are you liking being the busee and not the buser for a change?"

"You guys could always try hijacking it," Summer suggested, because how could she not??

"But," she added, since she knew that wasn't really an option, "just imagine how those guys feel, shipping the likes of us all around this country. I bet you'd only have to get two words into a polite request to take over and they'd practically shove the keys at you."

Which wasn't really even true, they were all being shockingly good and well-behaved, if you think about it. All that hiking, this whole time, might have just been a clever ploy to keep them all too tired to revolt.

And Summer had to laugh a little at that. "Yeah, that's fair," she said. "I mean, I don't mean to victim blame or anything, but I think that's on you. Stealing a bus from just any rando's no fun. It's stealing a bus from you that must just give it that special something."

Summer sort of had a feeling that might be the case.

"I wouldn't be too sure about that first part, actually," said Summer. "It was around this time in the last trip that we wound up in Ancient Greece, wasn't it? A bus theft might be just the caveat needed to spark off some weird residual Fandomnes fuck-up, and the next thing we know, we're dealing with some alternate dimension space vikings, or something."

...and now Summer almost wanted to steal a bus herself. Space Vikings could be totally hot.

Summer's head tilted slightly, and then her thumbs were dancing over her phone. "Note to self," she said as she typed, "read up on Mandalorians more."

What? It was a pretty big galaxy to take in, sometimes you just needed a little more, potentially beneficial in ways not to be discussed in current company focus to your research.
